LA CANTERA IN LA QUINTA
The community of La Cantera is located right off of Avenue 52, just West of the La Quinta Polo Estates and the famed Coachella Music Festival grounds. This quiet, gated community of only 59 Tuscan style homes is a favorite and there are never many homes available, so don’t let this one get away. Frank Stoltz was one of the first architects to bring planned unit developments with a realistic Tuscan flair, to our incredible Coachella Valley. La Cantera homes were built in 2005 and 2006, and are incredibly well built. Frank is known for his creative, and often ingenious floorplans, and he designed many custom homes for owners at The Hideaway, PGA West and privately. La Cantera homes are not custom, but they look and FEEL as if they are.

Interior and exterior doors are also curved, and he is known for his extensive use of wood throughout his designs. He introduced interior courtyards to separate the main home from the Casita, and his sky decks fit fabulously into the desert lifestyle. Climb the stairs, sip a drink, and look out to the purple mountains surrounding this gorgeous development.
